This code performs a conditional probability calculation.
P(pregnancy) represents the chance of getting pregnant within 1 year, using either a) natural methods for 12 months of b) in vitro methods for a 
user-defined number of attemps at a rate of one attempt per month.
P(monthly) represents the chance of successful pregnancy per fertile period
P(retrieval) represents the chance of a successful sperm retrieval procedure
P(rv) represents the chance of a successful reverse vasectomy
N represents the number of in vitro attemps per year
~ represents "not": for example, P(~monthly) represents the chance of not becoming pregnant per month.
 
For in vitro + surgical sperm retrieval:
P(~monthly) = 1 - P(retrieval)*P(monthly)
P(~pregnancy) =  1 - P(~monthly)^N
P(pregnancy) = 1 - (P(~pregnancy))
	
For vas reversal + natural attemps:
P(~monthly) = 1 - P(monthly)
P(~pregnancy) =  1 - P(~monthly)^N
P(pregnancy) = P(vr)*( 1 - (P(~pregnancy)))
